Clinical Pilates - How does it work?

Clinical Pilates is a form of physical exercise that focuses on posture, core stability, balance, control, strength, flexibility, and breathing.

Clinical Pilates Mat Work can be beneficial for all clients be it;  injury prevention or specific rehabilitation.  Clinical Pilates is designed specifically for the individual needs and not as a generic tool for everyone.   Clinical Pilates (as opposed to exercise Pilates) identifies your strengths and areas for improvement, selecting exercises that ensure optimal gains whilst minimising the likelihood of injury aggravation.

If you are interested in commencing Clinical Pilates it is essential to have a pre-screening with your Chiropractor to assess your current abilities and determine your individual focus areas. One on one classes are available.
